Jungheinrich acquires ITS Forklifts

Jungheinrich has acquired Industrial Truck Sales New Zealand Forklifts (ITS Forklifts) and establishes its 41st sales unit in New Zealand. The company will distribute its entire portfolio through the existing sales network and local partners in New Zealand. With the new location, Jungheinrich is strengthening its global market presence to support customers and partners in achieving their growth targets.

For Jungheinrich, the strategic acquisition of ITS Forklifts, one of the leading intralogistics providers in New Zealand, means an expansion of its direct sales network in the Asia-Pacific region. ITS Forklifts has been the exclusive partner for Jungheinrich products in New Zealand for more than 25 years and has many years of expertise in forklift sales and service.
