More technical support at Access Hire Australia

In alignment with the Vision 2020 company strategy, Access Hire Australia has promoted Martin Astwood to technical support – Group across the Access Hire businesses.

Astwood has been working in the access equipment industry for more than 20 years, originally working at leading equipment manufacturer Genie. Since being at Access Hire, Astwood has been an on-road service technician, travelling across Western Australia to complete breakdown and maintenance servicing of equipment.

In the position of technical support – Group, Astwood will provide support across the country in the repair and maintenance of the fleet. Access Hire says that it is with experienced team members such as Astwood that it is able to provide a reliable and professional service to its customers.

Access Hire’s service department offers an extensive list of services including minor servicing, 10 yearly major inspections and mechanical repairs/breakdowns on all types of equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers from world leading brands.

The company says that as a remote project specialists, it not only services the metropolitan regions but can travel to the most remote locations of Australia to provide expert servicing to customers. Its factory trained on-road service technicians are also equipped with genuine OEM parts for total reliability once the service is completed.
